Raed Abufakher

Raed Abufakher is a legal consultant at the law firm of Syf Sltan Almhrza Advocates and Legal Consultants. He provided advice to a lot of clients on legal and court processes annually and worked with attorneys and legal staff to support real estate cases. Raed specializes in commercial real estate transactions and litigation. In addition, he drafts legal documents, letters, and contracts tailored to client's needs, ensuring complete accuracy, protects clients' interests during legal proceedings, and reviews complex documents. He has the ability to communicate well with different legal authorities, write simple correspondences, draft complex legal documents and civil contracts, and provide the right legal advice. Raed develops detailed litigation strategies for the cases, supervises and delegates work to lawyers, paralegals, and legal secretaries, monitors activity to maintain excellent results, and drafts contracts, real estate transactions, and wills to client specifications. Raed also attends pleadings and follows up the cases before the courts of first instance, appeal, and cassation court.
