Mahmoud Mamdouh is a lawyer registered with the Bar Association in the Arab Republic of Egypt and a legal consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 17 years of experience in the work of law and legal consultations. He is proficient in writing, legal drafting, legal research, writing reports, and providing legal assistance and consultations. Mahmoud’s practical experience is focused on drafting various contracts and commercial issues, especially disputes related to contracting contracts, supply contracts, and other commercial contracts, as well as corporate cases, and arbitration cases, in addition to some insurance cases, types of labor cases, and types of cases that fall within the jurisdiction of General courts. He also has extensive experience in administrative investigations.
