Nour Alsakka Ameni is a legal consultant with 10 years of experience in the field of law, specializing in family law (divorce cases, separation cases, proving marriage, proving paternity, alimony, agreements, increase in alimony, visitation issues, civil marriage, custody of minors, inheritance and wills, and others). In addition to labor law, corporate law, and criminal law, Nour has also prepared a book containing a collection of judgments from the Dubai Court of Cassation, the Federal Supreme Court, and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department related to alimony and custody cases, in accordance with the UAE Personal Status Law and its latest amendments for the year 2020.
