Ayman Abdallah

Dr Ayman Abdallah, PhD is the Founder and Managing Partner of AM Law Firm. As an attorney at law, Mr Abdallah’s 20 years of experience cover the fields of Corporate and Business Law, Commercial Law, Civil and Administrative Litigations in multiple areas, as well as Arbitration. He specializes in general corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, private equities, concessions, and oil and gas businesses. As the Managing Partner of AM Law Firm, Mr Abdallah has represented several major local and international firms in different types of lawsuits. He has provided legal advice based on his experience, vision, and education to multiple Egyptian and foreign clients. Upon admittance to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2000, Mr Abdallah took a particular interest in human rights, the legal profession as a social responsibility, and International anti-corruption initiatives. Mr Abdallah is a member of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), UN Global Compact, Arab Lawyers Union (ALU). Mr Abdallah’s extensive education in law assists him in the cases he undertakes. He is a holder of a PhD degree from the University of South California. He studied Islamic Law and Private Law at Ain Shams University and earned a degree in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
