Mai Alfalasi

Mai Alfalasi is a Lawyer & Founding Partner of Mai Alfalasi Advocates and Legal Consultancy. She holds a bachelor's degree in law and economics and is a candidate for a master's in public law. Mai practices law as a licensed lawyer, appearing before all courts in the United Arab Emirates. She represents clients in all civil and criminal cases, particularly in civil liabilities, torts, and financial fraud. Her legal skills were developed through training at her father’s law firm, Mr. Abdulrahman Naseeb Alfalasi, which helped her to grow her advocacy profession and skills in defending clients from an early age. Mai started her career as a legal counsel at Commercial Bank International, then moved to work as a lawyer in the law office of Khalifa Bin Howaidan, to end up forming MAAF Legal. Mai is an experienced advocate, she diligently and professionally litigates all types of criminal, commercial, and shari’a cases. She works closely with clients, searches their respective cases, helps them in identifying and presenting supporting evidence, and defends their respective rights and affairs before courts and judicial authorities, acting in full adherence to the ethics of the legal profession.
