Ziad Esper

Ziad Esper is a practicing lawyer and acting legal advisor to services companies with respect to their commercial and regulatory affairs in contracting, leasing, and human resources. Ziad is also negotiating and drafting international contracts (franchise, distribution, sales of goods) in addition to drafting, assignment of shares, shareholders and joint venture agreements, and construction project agreements) He assists clients in relation to the purchase, sale, and development of real estate as well as in the procurement of construction contracts. He also performs legal research in commercial, civil, and banking law and drafts summary judgment motions, pleadings, and other legal documentation, and conducts litigation in a variety of high-profile cases (Maritime, banking, and civil cases). In addition, he represents clients in forensic expertise visits and accompanies court experts on site.
