Summary
Legal Consultant at RATEB ALNAWAISEH & PARTNERS LAW FIRM/ AMMAN –JORDAN. In 2014 I got my LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Southampton University/ UK. Currently I am specializing in the Commercial Disputes and the Alternative Dispute Resolutions. In 2012 I got my LLB from Mutah University/ Jordan and graduated with distinction. Later I started my trainings to become a qualified lawyer. My interests lie within the areas of Commercial Contracts, International Commercial Arbitration, Corporate Law, the International Private Law, Intellectual Property issues in addition to the Maritime Law Sector. I am also interested in the Administrative Law issues, although the Administrative Law is part of the General Law sector which is not of my specialty, but I am motivated to improve and expand my knowledge at this part of the Law, because I think it is such a significant topic, which can be extended to effectively impacts on the Private Law sector, specially when it comes to the investment issues, as the Administrative Law, most of the time, is regulating the relations between states and legal persons.
