Elnazir Abdelrahman Elsiddig

Mr. Elnazir Abdelrahman Elsiddig has been working as a legal advisor with law firms in the country for more than twenty years, specializing in writing legal memos in all cases, drafting contracts of all kinds and forms, attending expert meetings and arbitration sessions, and providing oral and written legal advice. Mr. Elnazir is with the firm since 2013 leading the Civil and Criminal Department of the firm and has expertise in corporate laws, equity and venture capital, stock and commodity market laws, criminal laws, Sharia laws, matrimonial and estate laws, real estate laws, air and space laws, maritime claims, insurance, and international Trade laws. Mr. Elnazir Abdelrahman Elsiddig is a licensed lawyer with all rights of representation in all courts of the Republic of Sudan after passing the Bar Examination in 1988. He is registered with the rulers’ court, Dubai as a Legal Consultant to practice the profession in the UAE with the Experience working with different law firms for more than two decades.
