Alaa Amara

Alaa Amara is an associate partner at Amara and Partners for Legal Consultants and acts as a liaison between our departments. Alaa’s main focuses vary from corporate compliance matters, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, advising on labor disputes, and company formation and incorporation inquiries. He has gained experience working for the UAE government and the aviation sector over the years and advised in the incorporation of companies and trusts, commercial litigation, construction, and land purchase and reclamation agreements in the region. Alaa is an English-educated legal practitioner from the University of Reading. He is also a member of the Young International Arbitration Group.
