Dr. Hesham Fawzy holds extensive experience in various fields of law due to his work in the Judicial Authority as a District Attorney, vice president of the Egyptian State Council, and the State Commissioner Authority at the Supreme Constitutional Court.

Education
- Obtained a Doctorate in Constitutional Law for a thesis entitled "Judicial Review between the United States of America and Egypt". The Doctorate was given with a grade of Very Good and a recommendation of exchange with foreign universities, 1998
- Obtained a master’s degree in law by getting a second diploma, which is the Public Law Diploma from Ain Shams University, 1988

- B.A. in Law, Alexandria University. Was always among the first ten students during his four years of studies, 1985
Associations & Memberships
- 1987, Joined the Public Prosecution Office, moving between important prosecution offices for a period of six years.
- 1997, Seconded to work as the Legal Counselor at the General Authority for Export and Import Control, in addition to his work in the State Council, for a period of four years.
- 1993, Moved from the Drug Prosecution Office to work as a Judge in the Egyptian State Council. He then progressed in judicial posts until reaching the rank of vice-president of the Judicial Council. He worked in administrative courts, the State Commissioners Authority in the Supreme Administrative Court, the Counseling Department of the Ministries of Finance, Economy, Supply, and Insurance, and the Authority of the Administrative Judicial Court.
- 1998, Seconded for a period of two years to work for the State Commissioners Authority at the Supreme Constitutional Court in addition to his work in the State Council.
- 2001, Won the American Fulbright Award pertaining to a grant to conduct a post-Doctoral study, in English, for one academic year in the USA. The grant award was undertaken only between those with PhDs in joint subjects between USA and Egypt, whether in the field of law or otherwise. The aforementioned study was prepared at the American University, Washington School of Law, and it was entitled "The Retroactive Effect of the Judgments of the US Supreme Court”. This study was published in English in the Journal of Security and Law published by the Police Academy of Dubai, Year 11, second edition, July 2003.
- 2002/2005, Seconded from the State Council Courts, based on a Decree by the Egyptian Prime Minister, to work as a Legal Counselor in the Ministry of Information and Culture, United Arab Emirates.
