Ozer Tuncay is the founder of Tuncay & Barcin Law Office. Ozer Tuncay graduated from the most prestigious law faculty in Turkey, Istanbul University - Faculty of Law (İ.Ü.H.F) in 1999. He has opened his law firm in 2001. Since that time he works as a lawyer. Ozer Tuncay has spent the past twenty years fighting on behalf of foreign companies and physical persons. Over the course of his career, he has helped thousands of people obtain their rights in settlements and judgments. Ozer Tuncay has experience in all major law areas, involving foreign investment in Turkey, construction law, business re-organizations, international agreements and transactions. He is a specialist in commercial law, debt recovery, recognition and enforcement of international legal decisions in Turkish courts. He has solid experience in international civil law, inheritance law and citizenship law. For many years he works as a legal consultant for well-known European Banks and many leading companies from all over the world.
