The Firm was established in 2007 by Mr Ayyad Al Adwani, with an objective to offer legal services to local and international clients through a unique approach which is different from the prevailing norms in the legal profession, Mr Adwani has been actively practising law since 1990. He had been a partner with various Law Firms prior to establishing his own Office in 2007. Mr Adwani is licensed to represent clients in all courts in Kuwait including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is a member of the Kuwait Lawyers Society and International Bar Association. He is also a registered arbitrator in the Arbitration Centre of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
