Thank you for creating this site.   It really helped me with a 5 minute question and answer session with Mohammed.   I don’t really have any feedback except from my perspective, it was quick and simple to use.   I did not know if anyone was going to come back, but actually he did the next day, so was very pleasantly surprised.   It’s a great site and I hope it continues to run for others like me, with quick queries to see if right is on my side.   Thank you.

Honestly, that's one of the best forums, for me that was the first time to discover it when I received an email from a spammer (a job letter ) and I didn't know what to do, I'm searching for a job and someone I don't know sent me an offer !!! I called my friend he is a lawyer but due to some emergencies, he didn't pick up the call, and I couldn't reach him for days... I googled and did my research but I don't want to read from old stories on google, I need someone to call or to talk with to check is it real or a scam, then I found your forum and it didn't take much time to figure out what is that forum, I also found a room to ask my question which I got an answer and reply to my email the second day, the lawyer Mohamed asked me to send him the letter and he checked from his side and he was very helpful to reply again to my questions and the whole story sorted out in less than two days. That was wonderful and very helpful. I really thank you for creating such a helpful place where you help people without struggling. Please send my regards to the whole team and keep the good work up and up.

My experience with Legal Advice Middle East was very positive.  I found the site through an online search.  I submitted a question to a panel of lawyers, and got a response within a few days.  I tried to use the chat feature, but I received a prompt that the lawyer was unable to speak.  I guess that was the only thing that didn't go smoothly for me. So if there is one thing I would improve on would be to maybe add a follow up feature when the chat is not functional.  Thank you for your time and I all that you do.

Excellent and committed service

This was the first time I had used Legal Advice ME and I found it very helpful. The lawyer responded very quickly and was open to speaking over the phone to clarify her feedback.   In terms of improvement, it would be great if historical responses to questions made in the past could be retrieved as to gather information quicker.

I am glade to thank your services, it is really appreciate doing this kind of work. It will help lot of innocent people who all are not have much idea about rules and regulations according government law.

Honestly the idea behind LegalAdviceMe is excellent but even more has been the execution behind it, this is an absolute gem of service that anyone can utilize.  I only hope more lawyers sign up to your service and that the business grows even further. One issue I've seen (Which really isn't LegalAdviceMe's fault) is a lot of lawyers have received low star ratings (Below 2.5), I'm not sure how that can be improved but maybe coach the lawyers on why reputation is important and how to improve for better service. Being an expat here, it's difficult to find the right lawyer (especially with a large language barrier between most) and with the addition of social media and the internet, ratings like yours are really important when someone decides to choose a lawyer, even a lawyers website and Google rating can be and are scrutinized - So it's very important that lawyers work towards improving the points/Rep system  My suggestions would be : Please advertise and market LegalAdviceMe! I did not find your site easily, I remember going deep into a search and found it and immediately bookmarked the page. Online/offline ads, I'm sure would have you see a tremendous flow of positive traffic.  Don't monetize the QnAs, please allow QnAs to be free - too many times has a good thing be ruined by over-monetizing a service that really shouldn't be... I would love to have shaken your hand (pre-covid) for the business and idea you've brought forth and client-aspect aside, it'll be interesting to see how it develops from here.
