I have personally used this site many times to look for advice on legal matter, especially recently when I had the  issue; I posted the question and I was surprised no lawyer answered me. I eventually read around a little on your site and found a lawyer that tended to answer similar questions and posted the question directly to her and she did answer., which was a great relief.  Thanks again.

I found it very helpful to have advice through your website. I think its great source and gave me peace. I didnt have any negative experience. I saw the options of getting lawyer assistance to proceed further if i wanna take legal actions just after advice which I found really good option available under the chat box. The response was late but I was happy to see the email from your website explaining the reason that lawyers have to see if its of their interest and expertise to response but after few days i received a very helpful answer. So far i find everything good and I dont know what else can be improved but I am not sure if I saw option to call lawyer after chat or no. May be its a good idea for those who needs to talk more in detail and with permission of lawyer make a call.  Thats all I found. Keep up the good work I really appreciate the help you are providing :)
