احصل على المشورة القانونية حول مسألة الأحوال الشخصية الخاصة بك من محامٍ خبير عن طريق الهاتف. في خلال مكالمة هاتفية مدتها 20 دقيقة، سيجيب المحامي الذي توظفه على أسئلتك ويقدم لك توصيات عملية وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (للمسلمين وغير المسلمين) حول مواضيع مثل:
- الزواج والطلاق،
- نفقة الطلاق / نفقة المعيشة،
- الوصاية وحضانة الأطفال،
- المواريث والتركات،
- تسجيل الوصية الأخيرة،
- وغيرها من الموضوعات المتعلقة بالأسرة.
هذه الخدمة مناسبة لك إذا كنت بحاجة إلى مشورة وإرشاد من الخبراء بشأن منع أو حل المسائل المتعلقة بقضايا الأسرة وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات.
تشتمل الخدمة على:
- مكالمة هاتفية لمدة 20 دقيقة مع محامي. الإجابات والمشورة. سيقترح المحامي عليك خيارات لك بناءً على موقفك وخبرته في مساعدة الأشخاص الآخرين الذين لديهم مشكلات مماثلة.
- الخصوصية. كل شيء تناقشه مع محاميك محمي بواسطة امتياز علاقة المحامي بموكله.
لا تشتمل الخدمة على:
- دراسة ومراجعة المستندات.
- المكالمات الهاتفية الدولية. إذا كنت مقيمًا خارج دولة الإمارات، فربما تحتاج إلى الاتصال بالمحامي بنفسك ، أو الاتفاق على طريقة أخرى للاتصال الصوتي.
- أي نصيحة إضافية أو عمل إضافي من قبل المحامي بعد جلسة المشورة التي مدتها 20 دقيقة.
يحصل معظم الناس خلال المكالمة على إجاباتهم التي يحتاجونها بخصوص قضايا الأحوال الشخصية الخاصة بهم، ولكن أنت مرحب بك للتحدث مع محاميك حول توظيفه لعمل إضافي إذا كانت هناك حاجة لذلك.

The user experience is not amazing and could use some improvement. If it can be more obvious of the rating of lawyers/ areas of expertise and how quickly they would be available - this would improve using the platform.
