Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Form F was signed between the seller and the buyer; however, the seller did not proceed with the transaction, resulting in its failure. The contract stipulates that if the seller breaches the deal without reason, they are obliged to pay a fine of 10%. Can I, as the buyer, take legal action?

A colleague crashed my rented car, and they want me to pay for the damages. What now?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I hired a rental car, and it was involved in an accident. I`m a new license holder. However, the accident was caused by my colleague and was registered under his license, with an ARC report generated (minor scratches only). Now, the rental car company is asking me to pay 10,000 DHS because I let someone else drive the car, saying the insurance won`t cover this. But I don`t have that kind of money. Q: I have an FZ company with my partner. In the MOA, it is written that for the General Assembly Meeting, the partners have to be informed about the date of the meeting through a registered letter to the address registered in the List of Partners. However, my partner asked me (by WhatsApp) not to send the meeting announcement through a registered letter to his address. Is it legal to send it by email instead of a registered letter?

I canceled the Ejari for my tenant after he subleased my apartment. Can I file a case?
Q: I am a landlord. I gave my apartment to a guy who did not pay any rent and used my apartment for subleasing. I got so angry that I canceled the Ejari online on DLD and it got canceled easily. Now I sent an eviction notice to the tenant as the tenant is absconding and granted a broker his POA. So I am planning to file a case in RDC. Will it be accepted or rejected as I canceled the Ejari?
