I resigned with a 90-day notice. Can my company withhold my salary or deduct visa costs?

I finished my 2-year contract last April and renewed it for another 2 years starting in May. I submitted my resignation in September with a notice period of 90 days (3 months) until December.
Is my company entitled to withhold my salary for any month or deduct any type of visa costs from me?
