Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I need legal advice! I am from Pakistan. My brother was on a visit to the UAE for 2 months. During his stay, he was arrested by authorities for driving without a license. The authorities fined him for driving without a license. His visit visa has expired. Now he is in prison and overstaying for more than a month.
