Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My husband divorced me on WhatsApp, but he didn`t want to come to the Dubai court to request a divorce. He left me when I was traveling. I remember that some time ago, when he was fighting with me, he told me, "If you divorce me, I will ask for the mahr." Maybe this is why he doesn`t want to divorce me in court. The judge denies all installment requests. What should I do?
Q: Hello, I lost a case and must pay 42,000 AED. I don`t have the money and am unemployed. I tried my best and was able to pay 11,000 AED. The judge is denying all my installment requests. I tried for 9 months, then 8 months, and now 7 months. He denied all of them. I`m really frustrated and don`t know what to do. I don`t have another way to pay. What should I do? Can a school give parents the personal mobile numbers of teachers?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am a teacher at a school in Dubai. Can my employer, the school, provide my personal mobile number to parents? I am employed by the school, and the school has my phone number. But the school is forcing teachers to provide our personal numbers to ALL parents. The parents are provided with teachers` school email addresses and educational platforms to message the teachers with any questions, but because the parents are lazy to email or learn how to use the platforms for messaging, the school is forcing us to provide our mobile numbers to parents. Is it legally allowed for the school to force teachers to provide their personal phone numbers to ALL parents, who do not respect the teachers` privacy and message/call at non-working hours? And then the school expects teachers to respond during non-working hours and weekends. MOST teachers do not want to provide their personal phone numbers. كيف ألغي رخصة شركة مدين وأجدد إقامة الشريك الإداري؟

هل يمكنني رفع دعوى قضائية ضد مالك العقار للموافقة على زيادة الإيجار؟
س: مرحبًا، 1. طلب المالك زيادة الإيجار بنسبة 10% عند التجديد. 2. لا تسمح حاسبة هيئة التنظيم العقاري (RERA) بالزيادة. 3. قمنا بتقديم عرض وإيداع. 4. صدر الحكم لصالحنا مع التجديد بأسعار الإيجار الحالية. 5. أجرى المالك تقييمًا للإيجار ورفع دعوى قضائية ضدنا. 6. صدر حكم، وربح المالك القضية وحصل على زيادة بنسبة 10%، وعلينا دفع أتعابه، إلخ. هل هناك جدوى من استئناف هذا القرار؟ أي ربما بناءً على العرض والإيداع اللذين قُدّما لصالحنا للتجديد بالأسعار الحالية (ويمكننا القول إننا التزمنا بالإرشادات، لكننا الآن نُعاقب بهذا لأن المالك حصل على شهادة تقييم إيجار). شكرًا لك

UAE visa sponsor demands money for NOC: What can I do?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My employer is harassing me. I came from Pakistan to the UAE for a computer operator job through a Pakistani agency paying 6.5 lakh PKR, but my sponsor has no company in the UAE; it is only for visas. I am working in another company and another job. Now my sponsor demands 300 AED per month or 4500 AED for an NOC; otherwise, he said he will cancel my work visa and I will have to apply for a new work visa under compulsion. What can I do? Personal loan platform harasses me with rude calls and threats
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I was delayed in my payment to a personal loan platform and asked them if I could pay on the next salary date. They ignored my message and now call me nonstop, even at work. They use different numbers to harass me, sending rude WhatsApp messages calling me a scammer and threatening to call my employer and family to get me deported. They also pretend to be from the Credit Bureau to squeeze money out of me, even though I don`t have any. They also called my sister and friend to embarrass me. Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My employer sent me a termination letter stating that I cannot receive my end-of-service benefit (EOSB) because of misconduct I committed.
