Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My contract is for 2 years, limited. I resigned after 1 year and 5 months. The company asked me to cover medical insurance, labor insurance, visa status change, and Emirates ID charges. Am I liable to pay this amount to the company? Please let me know the calculation of the leave salary. Is the calculation based only on basic salary and HRA allowance or the full salary including all allowances?

Q: My employer signed my employment contract, which I got to know after the medical test. I got cheated because my offer letter salary was higher than the labor contract. س: السلام عليكم، أشتري حاليًا شقة من ورثة وفيهم قاصر. ما الإجراء الذي يمكننا من خلاله إتمام الشراء قانونيًا في حالة عدم رغبة البائع "الورثة" في طلب إذن المجلس الحسبي خوفًا من حجز الجزء الخاص بالقاصر وهم يحتاجون المال؟ مع العلم بأن الوصية هي الأم وجميع الورثة باعوا لها بتوكيل وهي تريد أن تبيع.

How to appeal a civil case judgment if it was based on a forged document?
Q: Hi all professionals, I lost a civil case against a fraud immigration consultant based in Dubai on 14 March 2024. I was the plaintiff and I had paid AED 24600 to him for migrating to Canada. He submitted a forged document on 7 Dec 2023 with his memo. I replied to that and submitted the original document which I received from the government of Canada the same document which this company had forged. Despite that, the court gave the judgment based on the fake document submitted by the defendant, and it is the final judgment.
