How to implement the divorce judgment and claim alimony and custody?
Q: First instance divorce judgment has been provided based on Article 7 of Federal Law 41 of 2022 and based on Article 133 of the Civil Procedures Code - the defendant was requested to pay expenses and fees. Later, I received a notification to apply for implementation of the ruling and execution proceedings! What action is required from the plaintiff? Under Article 133 of the civil procedure code, can compensation for damage be claimed? And what type of evidence must be submitted? Within how many days must the implementation of the ruling and execution proceedings be raised by the plaintiff to the court? What are the rights, roles, and responsibilities of husband and wife regarding child custody and child support based on the above judgment?

Tenant always late with payments, hasn't renewed contract. What to do?
Q: Hello, I have a tenant who is always late with their payment. Their renewal was supposed to be last December 2023. Currently, they have not signed any new contract, provided any new cheques, and have stayed for three months from December until now without paying rent. Additionally, I just discovered that they have sublet the apartment with partitions, which is clearly stated as not allowed in the old contract. How can I get money invested in a company after I got cheated by my partner?
Q: Hello. I invested almost 60,000 dhs in a company to be a business partner in the future and get power of attorney. But my business partner lied to me, he took all the money and now our business is almost closed. I asked him to pay me all the money I gave to him (with papers he signed in) and he is not paying me. Can I get my money back from the seller after a mistake by them and the MoU will expire?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I`m a buyer and came to the final stages of the process, all cheques have been issued and shared. I was pushing developers about NOC (the seller takes things very slowly), and they realized a big mistake in the documents, the Dubai Land Department gave us a Title Deed instead of a Pre-Title Deed. The bank prepared all cheques through that. Our MoU expires in a couple of days. We offer the seller to extend the MOU to provide documents. So whose fault is it? If the seller decides not to continue with the process and not renew the MoU, what would be my rights here? Can I get back my cheques and be covered by the seller legally? Thank you

Can the landlord send me an eviction notice for the reason of renovation?
Q: My eviction notice and tenancy contract will come to an end on 5 May 2024. The reason for eviction is "renovation". The landlord has not submitted any supporting documents to show that the property will be unlivable during the renovation or any approval from Dubai Municipality. I went to the Trustee Center in Al Manara and they said that I can`t open a case against the eviction until after the expiry, however, that doesn`t seem right. I need advice, please. Terminating an employee after sick leave and claiming compensation
Q: Hello, My employer fired me under Article 44 for not showing up for work for 7 days in a row. But that’s not the case at all. I was sick and the management was aware and they let me go. I went to another country to get treatment because it’s expensive in Dubai. My employer did not pay me my salary for the month I worked and fired me. I have official sick leave from another country and there is correspondence where my employer sent me to another country for treatment. The problem is that the employer says that he will take compensation for the training that was specified in the contract, but I did not undergo training at all; I immediately started work from the first day of work and there was no training. Does my employer have the right to charge me such a fee and not pay my salary?

Binance crypto trade scam: Can I recover my money?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I made a mistake and paid someone in Binance to trade crypto for me and give me daily profits, but It turned out to be a scam. He was asking me to pay more to get the profits, but I stopped and I asked him to return my money, but no positive answer. Is there any chance I can get my money back through Binance or the bank?
