Q: Hello, I`ve submitted my evidence to the prosecutor that the amount in my cheque case has already been paid; however, the person I borrowed the money from does not agree, as he wanted it to be at 15% interest only. Now, the prosecutor has referred my criminal case (cheque case) to the court, and I will be having a remote trial session. Denying end-of-service pay by demanding unpaid rent after years of free accommodation
Q: Hello, Can an employer withhold end-of-service pay by citing accommodation was provided? The employer allowed me to stay in a residence under his authority for 9 years, with a one-year contract and rent paid. However, as no Ejari was made, we continued to stay, and the employer stopped asking for rent for 8 years. Now, seeing that I may retire soon, he has started asking for rent for the past 8 years to avoid paying the end of service owed for my 25 years of service. Is this legal, and what can I do?

Q: Hello Everyone, I have been working with a client for the past year through a service company. The client has decided not to continue the contract with the service company, and instead, they have offered me a position through their consulting company, which I have accepted. I have also resigned from the service company, but on my last day, they pressured me to send an email stating that I would not be working for the client, either directly or indirectly. I have not signed any NDA or contract apart from the MOHRE contract. Now, the service company is threatening to take legal action and blacklist my visa if I join the client. Somebody filed a wrongful complaint against me with the police and I have a travel ban. What can I do?
Q: I am facing an issue. I helped 1 lady and told her "Ma`am there is empty parking you can park." She called the police and the police opened a case 3 months ago. I faced this issue and the police transferred the case to the public prosecution after staying 1 month in the police station. Now for 2 months, I have been going to the prosecution. Q: Good Day! I am a partner in a trading license with two other individuals. Both of them were managing the business together as a cash-based operation without a bank account, while I was working elsewhere as an employee. Now, one of the partners has passed away, and his parents are in conflict with the remaining partner, claiming he owes them money. However, the surviving partner insists that no money is owed and that everything is settled. The license has now expired and cannot be renewed because the deceased partner’s family is not cooperating, leading to fines due to the inability to renew it. Additionally, the remaining partner continues to conduct the same business, occasionally purchasing items under the company name. As I am a low-salaried individual and cannot afford court fees, is there a way to remove myself from this situation, or are there any authorities who can assist me in this matter? How can I reach a settlement with the bank for a loan to lift travel ban and get a new visa?
Q: I have a financial debt of approx. 90K AED (loan & credit card). Due to the end of my recent contract and being jobless, I was unable to make the last 2-3 months EMIs.
