س: السلام عليكم، عملت مدرسًا في الإمارات لمدة 33 سنة ولم تُسجَّل ضدي أي مخالفة وسيرتي الذاتية في الدولة ناصعة. فوجئت بقرار إبعادي إداريًا بدون أن يبدي موظف الجوازات أي سبب. أبلغني أني مُبعد إداريًا لمدة عام وأنه يمكنني تقديم استرحام وأخذوا لي بصمة العين. حتى الآن لم يردوا على طلب الاسترحام ومكتوب على الموقع "تحت الإجراء" رغم أنه مر على تقديمه 4 أشهر ونصف. أخشى أن يكون إبعادًا نهائيًا لأنهم أخذوا بصمة العين. سؤالي: إذا كان إبعادًا نهائيًا، فمَ الذي يمنع موظف الجوازات من إبلاغي؟ بمَ تنصحوني؟ أسئلة وأجوبة

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to seek your advice on a matter related to my tenancy. I am facing some concerns and uncertainties. Recently, my landlord proposed an unjustified rent increase of 9,000 AED. The RERA calculator clearly indicates that the increase should be only 3,000 AED. There was mention of going through the Rent Valuation process, but since our last communication, there has been no further response from either the landlord or the real estate agent. My concern is that my tenancy contract is due to expire in just a couple of days, and I have not received any communication regarding the renewal process. I had previously sent an email inquiring about the rent contract and the collection of rental cheques, but unfortunately, there has been complete silence in response. At this point, I am unsure about the next steps to take. How to sue a subcontractor for breach of trust and conflict of interest?
Q: Greetings, We have issued a Letter of Purchase Order (LPO) to our subcontractor for a project. The payment from the main contractor has been delayed. To speed up the process, we have asked the main contractor to pay the subcontractor on our behalf through a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Since the LPO is from our company, the subcontractor has asked us to give a security cheque in case the payment is further delayed. We have issued the cheque along with a letter stating that they have to return the cheque upon receiving the cheque from the main contractor. The guarantee cheque was used after 3 months even after getting the payment from the main contractor. The subcontractor has started communicating with the main contractor without keeping us in the loop. Due to cash flow problems, we were supposed to leave the project. Can I approach the court asking for the same/twice the amount as compensation due to a breach of trust and a similar amount as a conflict of interest? أسئلة وأجوبة

I lost my job and left the UAE where I can no longer pay my bank loan. Can I come back?
Q: I have a bank loan and due to the loss of my job, I was unable to pay and currently out of the UAE. I have a few questions if someone please would be kind enough to guide me on them: "The bank has not filed the case yet". 1. The bank is asking me to pay the minimum 10% of the outstanding, I wish to know if this is a legal requirement or if I can pay any amount as a down payment in court. 2. Since has not filed the case my rating is bad on AECB, so will the police arrest me based on my rating, or does the case has to be filed first? 3. If I am arrested, will I be presented before the judge and can I offer to start paying installments or do I have to pay the downpayment?
