Can I enter the coutry without trouble if the bank got a travel ban for credit card debt?
Q: The bank issued a travel ban on me while I was outside the UAE due to the credit card outstanding amount of almost 90k. I don’t know what will happen if I go back to the UAE. Will I enter the country normally or will I be detained? They also requested to withdraw my passport.

I canceled the Ejari for my tenant after he subleased my apartment. Can I file a case?
Q: I am a landlord. I gave my apartment to a guy who did not pay any rent and used my apartment for subleasing. I got so angry that I canceled the Ejari online on DLD and it got canceled easily. Now I sent an eviction notice to the tenant as the tenant is absconding and granted a broker his POA. So I am planning to file a case in RDC. Q: We appointed a service agent to manage holiday home services for our apartment in Dubai. The agent completed all legal formalities with Dubai Economy and Tourism and commenced operations. However, the agent defaulted on the AED 50,000 payment of the app., and their offices are now closed. We got the mobile numbers of the agent’s officials. We believe we can also make the following compensation claims: 1. for our opportunity cost. 2. for the mental distress we endured. 3. For administrative costs incurred while chasing the agent, preparing claims, filing a complaint to DET, and related activities. How to remove the travel ban after settling a credit card case with the bank?
Q: Hello Everyone, I’m new to this community and seeking support. In 2020, I had a 10K credit card from a bank. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to make the payment on time, resulting in the bank filing a criminal case against me in Nov 2020. I have recently managed to arrange the funds and settle the amount. I have received clearance and case release letters from the bank, confirming that the case has been released by Dubai police. However, despite this, I still find the case active on the Dubai police app. As I am no longer in the country and plan to travel soon, I am concerned about any potential issues with obtaining a visa. I have attempted to contact Dubai police multiple times via email, but have not received a response. Please advise on any potential visa issues and any alternative steps I can take to resolve this matter. Thank you.

How to add a police report of physical assault to a family case after the judgment is issued?
Q: How to raise a request in the MOJ e-filing system (Smart justice portal) requesting the judge to obtain reports from the police and social support center? I`m a plaintiff (husband). On the 7th of Mar 2024, the first instance divorce judgment was provided based on Article 7 of Federal Law 41 of 2022 and Article 133 of the Code of Civil Procedures. The defendant (wife) was requested to pay expenses and fees. A verbal request was made to the judge during the trial by the plaintiff, but the court doesn`t have these records as per the court front desk. This report can prove a physical assault, infidelity, and written agreements made with social support and the defendant did abide by it, as the plaintiff was forced to initiate divorce. Is possible to raise it now after the judgment since it is an important record for future child custody? Or same request can be made again during the child custody case? And is it recommended to only proceed with moral damages and financial damages claims as of now?
