Can I travel to Qatar if a collection agency told me I have a travel ban for an unpaid loan?
Q: Salam, I received an email from a company in the UAE - which is a collection agency - informing me that I had a travel ban and arrest warrant issued in the UAE for an unpaid loan a week ago. I currently live in the US. I have sent them many emails asking them how can I pay or make installments to settle this amount of 332,430 dirhams. I am currently working with them and trying to resolve the issue. My question is I would like to know if I travel for 5 days to Doha, Qatar in May, will I be detained or I will be ok? I don’t believe so I just want to be sure because I will be with my family. Thank you again.

Landlord sent an eviction notice for renovation. Is it legal if they plan to sell?
Q: Hi everyone, Glad to have found this platform. I’ve been searching for answers and haven`t found anything concrete online. I am renting an apartment in Dubai, and my landlord sent me an eviction notice more than 12 months before the end of my contract. The reason for eviction is “renovation”. I tried to negotiate a renewal, but he clarified verbally that he would renovate the apartment and sell it afterward. My question is if this is legal since the intention is to sell the apartment and not just renovate it. Will I be able to sue him if he sells the apartment? Appreciate your responses. Thanks!

Is it mandatory to wait for 30 days from the date of judgment to implement a divorce judgment?
Q: I`m a plaintiff (husband). On the 7th of Mar 2024, the first instance divorce judgment was provided based on Article 7 of federal law 41 of 2022 and based on Article 133 of civil code proceedings. The defendant (wife) was requested to pay expenses and fees. Please advise me on the following questions: Is it mandatory to wait for 30 days from the date of judgment (the waiting period will end on the 7th of Apr 2024) to implement the ruling? What is the implementation of the ruling? Is it mandatory to raise this request? What are the documents or concerns that can be shared during the request to implement the ruling? Worker visa application is rejected due to absconding. What to do now?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Two months ago, I had a visitor visa for Sharjah. Two weeks before my visa expired, I found a job. However, the employer took time to change my visa, submitting the application for a worker visa the day after my visitor visa expired.
