I am seeking guidance on the legal requirements for hiring chauffeurs who already possess valid visas, as I do not intend to provide visas myself. Specifically, I would like to know which documents I must prepare to comply with UAE law, aside from a contractual agreement. Is it necessary to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the company that issued their current visa? Additionally, should the contract explicitly state that they are third-party contractors with my company? What else should be included in the contractual agreement? One of the driver’s CVs states that he has a partner visa. What law would apply in this scenario? Your expertise on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
