How can I know the reasons for rejecting my Golden Visa four times?
Q: Nationality: British Born: Sialkot, Pakistan I have now applied for the Golden Visa four times (once from Sharjah and three times from Dubai), but the "committee" rejected my applications despite my meeting all salary and academic requirements. We visited Al Jaffiliya and Awir centers multiple times. They advised me that my applications were always approved by the Golden Visa office and Immigration, but they were rejected by the "committee." There is never any reason mentioned in the system, so immigration assumes it is rejected by the "security department". There is no ban or any bad past immigration history. My name is a common Pakistani name, and it matches a few other people in their system, but they think it has nothing to do with a name mismatch. I am on a valid work visa and my visa gets renewed every 2 years without issue. My family (wife & 3 kids) have also been living here in Dubai with me for the last 8 years. Any idea what could be the issue and how can it be resolved? What should my next steps be? Thanks

Somebody filed a complaint against me and is not answering calls. Can I request the police to close the case?
Q: A verbal abuse complaint was filed against me. Though there is no witness and no direct evidence, there are a few indirect WhatsApp messages that may be open to interpretation and were provided by the complainant. The police filed a case and seized my phone. It has now been over 3 months. The police transferred to the public prosecutor. However, the case was returned with a recommendation for settlement or moving to a one-day court. The complainant refused to settle before and now does not answer the police calls when they try to get the complainant to sign the notice for one one-day court hearing so this can move forward. I am following up with the police every week but there is no progress. What can be done now? Can I request the police to close the case or move it to one-day court regardless? What are my options?

Q: Hi, I have been working for a company for 5 years now, and I am eligible to apply for a Golden Visa based on my salary and designation. My company is telling me that when I switch from a company visa to a Golden Visa, I will need to collect my complete EOSB upon canceling my visa with them and restart as a new employee with the company. This means my EOSB will start from zero and will be calculated at 21 days instead of 30 days. Q: Hello Ma’am/Sir Have a good day! What will I do if someone is blackmailing me because my cheques are with him for last year? I gave them to him because he said he would transfer the flat under my name. I gave him money also then after 3 months, he told me the flat could not be renewed. How can we prevent blocking accounts and assets in a cheque execution case against our company?
Q: Greetings!! We have a cheque execution case. The bank applied for execution to block the company account and the vehicles claiming the wrong amount. The court also approved this request and sent it to the central bank to impound the vehicle. We had already paid over 50% of the claimed amount and also requested the balance payment in installments a couple of weeks ago once the claimed amount was amended in the court system. The installment request is yet to be approved, however, they have proceeded with the execution. This is very concerning. How long does it take to block the accounts? What are the repercussions of the block? Kindly please advise if there are any other options available to avoid blocking the accounts and impounding the vehicle. Thank you
