Requesting only compensation instead of contract performance in a real estate case?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, In our real estate case, we`ve requested contract performance followed by compensation. 4-5 months later, an expert was appointed, and during a hearing, the defendant stated on record that he isn`t willing to sell to us. We urgently need to buy a house, but the case is dragging. Is it too late to change our request from contract performance to compensation only, considering he isn`t willing to sell anyway? What can I do If my employer is not providing me with the Emirates ID and health insurance?
Q: Good afternoon I`ve been working in a private company for about a year now, and my boss is not getting my ID because it has a fine, since he made the wrong procedure for my visa. When I am sick, it`s too hard for me because I don`t have an ID and I don`t have insurance. And if I`m sick and can`t go to work he is deducting from my salary 50 per day and the remaining salary is only 1500. Please it`s really hard for me, I need your help.

Am I responsible for insurance and visa fees upon early contract resignation?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My contract is for 2 years, limited. I resigned after 1 year and 5 months. The company asked me to cover medical insurance, labor insurance, visa status change, and Emirates ID charges. Am I liable to pay this amount to the company? Please let me know the calculation of the leave salary. Is the calculation based only on basic salary and HRA allowance or the full salary including all allowances?

Can I claim compensation from my husband for emotional and physical abuse?
Q: Good day everyone. We got married under Sharia Law in Dubai Courts and it is now 3 years with no kids. I have been suffering and enduring physical and verbal abuse throughout the marriage. But I just continued to stay in the hopes that my husband would change. I never thought of divorce because I was blinded by love and the concept of keeping our marriage sacred and with respect. Now, my husband has filed for divorce and his reason is our marriage will not work because of what he did last year (adultery). I felt so blank because I am jobless at the moment and can`t work as I am suffering emotionally and mentally. He will just leave me like this. My last resort is to be compensated for the damages I got, emotionally and physically. For proof, I have WhatsApp messages, a police report of the physical abuse (case closed), and a paper that shows a booking with his name and a woman when he traveled to a different country (to which I found out about the adultery). Tenant always late with payments, hasn't renewed contract. What to do?
Q: Hello, I have a tenant who is always late with their payment. Their renewal was supposed to be last December 2023. Currently, they have not signed any new contract, provided any new cheques, and have stayed for three months from December until now without paying rent. How can I get a UAE visa for my mother to the UAE if she has scars on lungs from TB?
Q: Good morning Sir, Actually, I tried to take a partner visa for my mother since I didn’t meet the criteria to sponsor her. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass the medical test and was deemed unfit. We went for a second medical test all tests were negative but she still didn’t pass due to the scars on her lungs and we were forced to cancel her visa with a permanent ban and send her back to India. Since I am the only child and there’s nobody else to look after her coz my father already passed away in August last year. Is there any way possible to bring her back?
