How can an employee verify a company's properties to enforce a court judgment?
Q: Dear Lawyers, How can I inquire about properties registered under a company if I have a copy of its trade license but don`t know how to verify the properties associated with it? Please note that my labor case is currently in the execution stage. Despite taking multiple steps, the employer is disregarding the court`s decision and continues to ignore it. The company is an LLC, and its bank accounts show no available funds.

What can I do if the tenant refuses to leave the property at the end of the eviction notice?
Q: We served our tenant 1-year eviction notice. All done correctly and I don’t think he will leave when he should leave in a week. He tried to raise a petition to the DLD to say we own other properties that make the eviction illegal which the DLD rejected as we don’t own other property. I want to be prepared, so does anyone know what documents I’ll need to submit to raise a case if he doesn’t leave and what I need to translate before?

I paid my landlord in cash in advance and he deposited my cheque. How to correct my AECB score?
Q: I paid my landlord in cash 10 days in advance and he still deposited my rent cheque. My perfect AECB score maintained for 9 years is ruined. How can AECB be reversed and compensated if AECB cannot be corrected? The cheque value is AED 16,250 and I have sufficient evidence + receipt from the landlord.

How can I protect myself from false claims and maintain my rights in divorce and custody matters?
Q: Hello, I am Christian and married to a Christian wife under Christian law in India (we are residents of the UAE). My wife has filed a case with the Personal Status Court for a travel ban to prevent my daughter from traveling with me. The reasons given are: - I have threatened to take the child to our home country and not return to the UAE, depriving the mother of her right to care for the child. - I have forcibly taken the child’s passport from her. Both points are false and defamatory. The judge, surprisingly, approved her request without consulting me. I have already responded legally, stating that these claims are false and requesting the case be dismissed, and I am awaiting the next step. 1. How can I file a case of libel to protect myself and my reputation? 2. Can I refuse any potential divorce proceedings in the UAE and continue such cases in India under Christian law? 3. Can I avoid any maintenance or alimony costs, as there are no valid grounds for divorce here?+3

Q: Hello, I renewed my tenancy contract in Dubai but Ejari is yet to be renewed. I want to early terminate the contract. The notice period is not mentioned in the contract but the addendum has a clause of 2 months penalty without mentioning any notice period. What does the RERA Law stipulate regarding tenant notice period? Can I avoid the 2-month penalty if I give a notice period as per RERA Law? Thank you+1

Q: Hello, I purchased a property last year that was already rented. I then issued the tenant an official notarized eviction notice of one year. The tenant has now vacated the apartment. Q: My company complained against me in MOHRE after my resignation claiming training fees from me. The claim was rejected by the MOHRE and they have now filed in Abu Dhabi FIC court against MOHRE`s decision. I received a message that the case hearing is on 9th December. My question is: 1. Do I need to submit anything before the hearing like a statement or anything else? I don`t know Arabic, so can I speak English in front of the judge? 2. I want to get a temporary work permit so that I can work in another company during this case. Can the Abu Dhabi court judge issue me the temporary work permit during the hearing or there is a separate procedure to get that?+1
