Q: I have two credit cards in the UAE with the amount of 30,000 and 15,000 but due to a bad financial situation, I am unable to pay them back. Then I decided to move back to Pakistan to avoid legal action. I still haven`t found any solution to pay them back because of my bad financial situation. Q: Hello, I`ve submitted my evidence to the prosecutor that the amount in my cheque case has already been paid; however, the person I borrowed the money from does not agree, as he wanted it to be at 15% interest only. The client has decided not to continue the contract with the service company, and instead, they have offered me a position through their consulting company, which I have accepted. Q: Hi, I want to inquire about a police case. In October 2024, I was involved in a minor accident while reversing my car out of a parking space, during which I accidentally ran over a person`s foot. The individual later withdrew the case at the police station, and the case report was subsequently forwarded to the Dubai Public Prosecution. It has been over two weeks since I last visited the Public Prosecution (I have visited three times), yet the case number has not been issued. Could you kindly advise on how long it typically takes for the court to issue a verdict in such cases so that my travel ban can be lifted? I was evicted from my apartment to be sold but it was gifted and rented at a higher price. What can I do?
Q: I was evicted from my apartment after living there for five years. My landlord informed me a year in advance that the lease would not be renewed because he intended to sell the property. Prior to this, he attempted to impose a rent increase that was not compliant with RERA regulations, which I refused to accept. He then served me with an official Dubai Court eviction notice, citing the need to take back the property for sale. Five months after I moved out, I discovered the property was rented out at a much higher price. Upon further investigation, I found that the ownership was transferred as a "Gift" rather than a sale. This makes it seem like the eviction was only to raise the rent rather than a genuine need to sell. Do I have a valid case for wrongful eviction against my landlord? Also, under Dubai law, does transferring ownership as a "Gift" hold the same legal grounds as selling in justifying eviction?+7

How can I proceed with auctioning my employer's seized vehicles after court authorization?
Q: Hello, My case is under execution. Two months ago, I blocked my employer’s traffic file with the RTA, but he still hasn’t paid me. Using the traffic file number, I found nine vehicles registered in his name on the Dubai Police website. I requested the court to auction these cars, and the court approved, but Emirates Auctions stated that the cars have not yet been seized, valued, or notified. The court then stated: "Postponing the sale procedures until the seizure and announcement of the vehicles are executed." I requested the cars to be seized, and the court authorized it: "Authorization is granted to seize the vehicles as per the request and police report." What should I do now? Also, does “seizure” mean the cars can’t be driven?+3
