Q: Hi there I would like to ask. I got a job offer from this company Alsamira Construction & Petroleum LLC Company (https://alsamira.com). They also sent me the JOB REFERENCE NUMBER. They want me to pay for the visa work permit but in the offer letter, it says that it`s a free flight and visa. EXPENSES: It is understood that the employee will incur expenses to get his/her valid UAE Residence/Work Permit while the Alsamira Construction & Petroleum LLC. The company (Alsamira Group) shall make the required arrangements for the employee’s free flight ticket and visa and reimburse the employee for any other moving expenses after he/she presents an expense report and itemized account of expenditures, pursuant to Alsamira Construction & Petroleum LLC Company (Alsamira Group) and will be reimbursed not later than Five (5) working days after submission of the employee’s expenses, reports and receipts. However, due to depression, I only served one month. In June, I had absences from work and they told me to stop working and sign the cancellation papers.
