Q: Hello, My execution order in November 2023 to seize the assets of the company manager returned with: "After reviewing the traffic system, it was found that there was no traffic file + no bank accounts." Does the court allow me to make another execution order to seize assets and freeze accounts if there are assets since the previous order? Thank you!

Q: I had a case and I was proven innocent. I`ve received the case closure paper from the court. Now I`ve applied for a police clearance certificate for job purposes and it`s been days and I`ve not received it yet. It`s still showing under process. How to extend the MOU while unable to log in to the broker application due to system issues?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am a registered broker, and due to some system issues, I`m unable to log in to my broker application. I kept calling the land department, but nobody responded in time. This is why I couldn`t extend the MOU, and it expires on Sunday. Will it still be valid on the next working day for transfer if both parties mutually agree? Secondly, how can I activate it if I`m unable to access Dubai Rest? And is activation still required if it expires one day before the transfer?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I rented a flat in 2020 with Ejari through an agent, and the next year, in 2021, the owner decided to deal directly with me but without Ejari. I went to RERA, and they said there was a case on the flat and I had to contact the owner. Now, after 4 years, the owner is asking me to evict the flat in 2 months as he is going to sell it. He even increased the rent last year. What are my rights?

How to get my labor judgement payment released if it has already been paid to the court?
Q: I have an ongoing labor case which is currently in the execution phase and the court has already received the pending amount.
