How to enforce a judge order issued a year ago to arrest my friend for money he borrowed?
Q: I had given a loan to a friend 3 years back. Now, I raised a case. The judge ordered an arrest warrant for him. It`s now a year, but unfortunately, he is not arrested, nor is he paying. I know for sure he is in Dubai. Is there a service that the police or concerned authorities actively search for him and arrest him in his home or workplace?

Dubai company not paying us, can we file a case with bounced cheques?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, We are a company located in Ras Al Khaimah. We have been working with a company in Dubai that is not paying us on time. The current balance due is 142K and we have all the necessary documents (invoices, balance sheet) with their stamp. Can we file a case against them? Note: We also have two pending cheques from their company, but it looks like they will bounce.

Employer ignoring return request after family emergency - can I work elsewhere?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I returned to my home country due to a family health emergency, with the consent of my employer after a prolonged debate. My Employment status is just two months old. I have been in continuous communication and have been asking to rejoin since October 8, 2023, but he says they do not need me and is ignoring my communication. My visa status is active. Can I return on my own ticket and work elsewhere until he finds out I am back? In the meantime, I can look for another job if he does not get ready. He is asking for a visa amount of 7200 to recall me, but without rejoining the company. Please suggest a way for me to return.

Q: Hello, I currently have an execution case (status reserved) for a bounced cheque (less than 300K). I found a job in Dubai as I want to pay back my debts. My future employer applied for an employment visa and I received the approved visa from the authorities today. Does it mean that I can safely travel? Or I will be detained at the airport? Q: My father died recently. We are Muslim residents in Dubai. I have siblings including a minor who is 16 years old. My father has land and vehicles under his name. If I am applying for inheritance, does the minor need to have a share in ALL the properties and vehicles or can she be given a particular property/vehicle? Secondly, if we want the land to be in her name, and she manages it (like renting and bank), does it require an adult? Can the vehicles be transferred to someone else’s name without including her?
