كيف أقاضي بنكًا اتهمني ظلمًا بناءًا على وثائق مزورة؟
س: قام البنك برفع دعوى ضدي، وعندما قابلت الفريق القانوني للبنك، وجدت أن الوثائق مزورة وتم طلب تحصيل القرض. تم احتجازي في القسم لمدة يوم وعانيت فيه كثيرًا، ثم قام البنك بسحب الدعوى. كيف لي أن أطلب تفسيرًا وتعويضًا من البنك؟ هل يمكنني مقاضاة البنك؟ حالتي المادية متعسرة الآن وأريد أن أدفع رسوم المحامي بعد الحصول على التعويض، كما أن لديّ دليلًا على أن الوثائق مزورة.

معنى بند الإنهاء المبكر لعقد إيجار
س: تلقيت إنذارًا بشأن الشقة التي أستأجرها في دبي، والتي ينص بند الإنهاء المبكر لعقد إيجارها على إلزامي بإخبار صاحب الشقة قبل تركها ب30 يومًا ودفع غرامة قدرها إيجار شهرين. هل يلزم دفع الغرامة في حالة الإبلاغ برغبتي في الرحيل أم لا؟ أقدر نصيحتك كثيرًا.2017/10/26

Leave entitlement in case of less than one year of service
Q: I have a couple of labour issues. I worked for a company for 7 months, and I was lied to regarding my visa status while I was working. It was said it was possessing while it was not, and I also received a false labour contract which I later found out. Once I finally received my visa, I had a death in the family so I wanted to take my emergency leave. My employer said it will be an unpaid leave, so I replied I thought I can get 30 days paid leave after my probation period, then he replied bring in your passport for termination. I just needed to leave the country for 2 weeks for the funeral even if he would have said that he could not pay for the leave it would be ok, but by terminating me instead, I thought it was a wrongful termination. When I came into the office they told me it was because of poor work performance, which was not true because I never received a prior documented notice with my signature regarding poor work performance. What legal actions can I take towards this case?

Absconding case
Q: An absconding case is for those employees who do not inform their employer when they leave or who did not return back to work. But my case was different, I informed my employer regarding the accident which happened to me here in my country Philippines. I submitted all legal medical documents to support my extension of vacation leave. I was shocked when the office replied I`m no longer have a chance to go back to the UAE cause they have already filed an absconding case against me. Please, sir, help me for this. Q: Hi, I am a son of UAE national and I have applied for a change in the family book in Ajman Immigration. My dad was not helping me to get UAE citizenship that`s why we went to court and we got the decision that I am his son and he has to apply for my passport and provide all the documents. Salary reduction and end of service benefits calculation
Q: I have been working with a private company for 2 years and 10 months on an unlimited contract. Three months ago my employer cut Dh 3000 from our salaries and later asked us to sign a letter saying that we accept a deduction until the company`s financial condition improves. There has been no change in the contract though. My employer also increased our working hour by 30 minutes every day, for which we were sent an email. My questions are: 1. If I leave the company, can I claim the salary which has been deducted back? 2. Will my final dues be calculated based on the salary mentioned in my contract or the reduced salary? 3. Can I ask for overtime for the increased hours? It is mentioned in my contract that overtime will not be paid. ***

Who should pay district cooling charges: landlord or tenant?
Q: My landlord has requested the A/C company to bill the district charges to me. I have lived in the apartment for the past 2 years. Last week I received a bill with backdated charges since October 2016. My contract states I am responsible for water and electricity and does not mention A/C. I have paid for the usage of all the utility bills since moving in there.
