Do the UAE bank debts prevent getting a working visa in Iran?
Q: Hi Sir. I was working in Sharjah, and I left work because of bad treatment. I cancelled my visa and I had to go out of the country to come again on visit visa and look for a new job because I have credit card overdue to the bank in the UAE. I went to Kish for visa change and I was offered a job by some good man. My question is, what should I do now with my legal status in the UAE? Does it affect my status in Iran if I stop paying my dues? Do I need to get any documents from the UAE to fix my labour documents in Kish? If the bank made a case, do I get caught in Iran? Please advise.

Claiming the marriage certificate from abusive husband
Q: NRI approached me on a matrimonial website saying he was divorced and showed me a paper in Arabic, then married me in 2015 in India. Later, I realised he was waiting for divorce when I questioned him as I came to know, and he convinced me that he will register my marriage soon. Now, it`s been 2.5 years since his divorce, in which I went through a lot of struggle to keep this marriage but he intends to cheat and desert me. I am also working in Dubai now and living with him Sharjah in the same flat. With a lot of struggle, I made him take me as he married me but I know he plans to throw me out forcefully knowing that there`s no marriage certificate. I just have all videos and my marriage picture with him. If he does cheat me after living for close to 2.5 years both in India and in Dubai, can I file criminal proceeding? He says I can`t do anything without marriage papers here, and he lied and spoiled my life and my future. Will I get my justice? Please guide me, I`m not rich to fight my justice. Please save me.

س: لديّ مستأجر في مساكن شاطئ جميرا منذ عدة سنوات يدفع الإيجار على دفعتين. كانت الدفعة الثانية مستحقة في 01/03/2018 لكنه أخرها وأرسل لي الآن الدفعة المستحقة لأربعة أشهر فقط، لأنه يريد المغادرة في نهاية شهر يونيو وفقًا للفقرة أدناه. ينص العقد على ما يلي: 6. إذا كان المستأجر يرغب في إنهاء عقد الإيجار قبل تاريخ انتهاء العقد، فإنه يجب عليه تقديم إشعار كتابي مدته ثلاثة أشهر من جانب المستأجر، ويكون المستأجر مُلزم بدفع ما يعادل إيجار شهر واحد كتعويض للمالك بالإضافة إلى رد الإيجار المتبقي للمستأجر. 7. إذا تم الاحتكام إلى البند 6، فإنه سيتم رد إيجار المستأجر المتبقي (باستثناء غرامة شهر واحد) ووديعة التأمين اعتمادًا على تقرير فحص مغادرة العقار. ما أقصده هو أنه كان يجب عليه دفع أقساط الإيجار الكاملة لمدة ستة أشهر في الأول من مارس، وأنه يحق له استرداد شهر واحد فقط بعد مغادرته. هل لديّ أي أسباب لاتخاذ إجراء ضده؟2018/04/03
