I stand as a guarantor for my friend. Am I liable for his bank loan?
Q: I kindly require legal advice. I have a close family member who has multiple loans in the amount of BD 19,000. He was unemployed and the banks threatened him with legal action. He came to me and confirmed he is set to start at a new job and will be able to pay for his loans, BUT needed me to sign as his guarantor so the banks would refinance his loans. Due to the close relation, I agreed. I later learned he never paid a single instalment and also resigned from his job. Now the banks have taken legal action against me. It seems he is unwilling to cooperate with the banks. How can I get out of this mess? A response is highly appreciated.2017/10/24

Probation in Bahrain
Q: I am working for my present company without signing any contract with the company. I`m working in this company for more than 2 months. And they applied for my visa only this month October 9, 2017. I really don`t know if I`m under probation during that 2 months that I`m working in this company. And I want to leave this work for some reason. Is there anything I can do legally about it? الجرائم الإلكترونية وأهمية الدليل في رفع دعوى قضائية
س: قام أحد الأشخاص بإنشاء حساب باسمي على موقع فيسبوك، واستخدم برنامج فوتوشوب للصق صورة لوجهي على جسد فتاة عارية، ثم وضعها كصورة شخصية للحساب. أنا متأكدة أن زوجي هو من قام بذلك لأنني أقوم بإجراءات الطلاق منه الآن، لكن ليس لديّ دليل على ذلك. قمت بأخذ لقطات شاشة لكل شيء وأبلغت الخلية الإلكترونية لكنهم لم يفعلوا أي شيء. والآن قام هذا الشخص بحذف الحساب، وأنا أريد أن أتعقبه وأثبت ما فعل لأنه سبب لي الكثير من المشاكل في حياتي. برجاء مساعدتي وإخباري بما يمكنني فعله الآن.2017/08/28
