المطالبة بالمهر عند رفض الفتاة إتمام الزواج بعد العقد
س: السلام عليكم، شاب خطب فتاة وعقد عليها. بعد العقد حدثت خلافات ورفضت إكمال الزواج ولم يحصل الدخول أو الخلوة. طالب الشاب بالمهر ورفضوا إرجاعه. فتحت ملف أسري وطالبت بالطلاق ورفضت الحل الودي. تمت الإحالة للمحكمة ولم يثبُت الضرر. رُفضت دعوى الطلاق واستأنفت ورُفض الاستئناف. ما زالت ترفض إرجاع المهر وتطلب الطلاق. ما الإجراء المناسب من قبل الشاب؟

الاعتراض على تنفيذ حكم إذا لم يحضر أحد الأطراف جلسات المحاكمة
س: السلام عليكم، كيف أعترض على تنفيذ حكم صادر من مركز فض المنازعات الإيجارية في خصومة لم تنعقد ولم أحضر بصفتي ممثلاً للشركة المحكوم عليها أيٍ من جلسات المحاكمة؟ لم أُعلَن أصلاً بصحيفة الدعوى الابتدائية ولا بالحكم الصادر فيها، ولم أُعلَن بصحيفة الاستئناف ولا بحكم الاستئناف أيضًا. علمًا بأنه خلال جميع جلسات المحاكمة، بما فيها جلسة النطق بالحكم، لم تكن الشركة المحكوم عليها من ضمن أطراف الدعوى. كما وأن الحكم الصادر في الدعوى لم يُشر إلى حضور المحكوم عليها ولم يبين إذا ما كان الحكم حضوريًا أو بمثابة الحضوري. ما موقف الشركة القانوني في هذه الحالة؟

صدر أمر حبس للمنفذ ضده ولم يُقبض عليه. ماذا أفعل؟
س: السلام عليكم، تحية طيبة وبعد، صدر أمر حبس على المنفَّذ ضده من قبل المحكمة المدنية للتنفيذ، ولكن لا يزال المنفَّذ ضده مطمئنًا في داره وفي كل مكان يذهب إليه لكونه يعلم جيدًا أن الشرطة لن تقبض عليه إلا في حال سفره أو ارتكابه جناية. سؤالي: ماذا أفعل؟ وما الطلب الواجب تقديمه للقاضي لكي يُقبَض على المنفَّذ ضده جبرًا وفي منزله مثلاً حتى يتم إرجاع المبلغ المنفَّذ به في أسرع وقت؟ مع التقدير!

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, How can you help me find my boyfriend? My boyfriend was arrested in Dubai airport. I don`t have his passport copies, visa pages, or Emirates ID. When he called, he didn`t know his case number. He said he was arrested and needed a $2,500 USD bond. I don`t have that much money to bail him out. I haven`t heard from him since. Can I file a warrant of arrest against POA holder if not listed in trade license?
Q: Good day! I am seeking to get advice about my labor case. I filed a case against my company in 2021. In July 2022, my case was won. However, I have not yet received my money. When I called the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, the call center representative said I should go to any Enjaz office and request a MOA (Memorandum of Agreement). I should then file a warrant of arrest against my previous company. The owner of the company is not listed on the trade license. I believe the owner is his father, who lives in India. The person who is responsible for the company has only a POA (power of attorney). My question is, can I use the name of the person with the POA on the warrant of arrest, instead of the name on the trade license? Thank you for your advice in advance. I appreciate it!

Q: Hi, My father owned a company in Abu Dhabi and had some shares there. He passed away in India last year and did not leave a will. My mother and I are Singaporeans. We want to transfer his company shares to someone else. May I know what is the exact legal procedure, please? Do we need to get the Death Certificate attested? What documents will we need to produce?
