Q: I have a case against my company. I won the case and I registered execution for court. 3 months passed and the company did not pay my money or return my passport. Now I have no money to leave and keep the case running and I want to go to my country. Please advise me on how to go forward.

Can I leave my job during probation to take an offer in the same industry if I have a non-compete clause?
Q: I am still on probation and I have an offer from a company. I noticed that I have a non-compete clause with my current company and my next company is specified in a list under the contract. Can the landlord send me an eviction notice for the reason of renovation?
Q: My eviction notice and tenancy contract will come to an end on 5 May 2024. The reason for eviction is "renovation". The landlord has not submitted any supporting documents to show that the property will be unlivable during the renovation or any approval from Dubai Municipality. I went to the Trustee Center in Al Manara and they said that I can`t open a case against the eviction until after the expiry, however, that doesn`t seem right. I need advice, please. Thank you

Q: Hi I have a civil case executed in Dubai by 1 bank only and there is no arrest warrant issued. I am outside the country and my residency is still valid can I enter UAE again, I want to pay the amount in installments cause I have work.
