I submitted two UAE employment visa applications through ADGM and both were rejected. What can I do?
French citizen residing in Singapore for over eight years.
I submitted two UAE employment visa applications through ADGM, both prepared professionally and fully documented (personal letters, family background, police clearance, translations). Both were rejected without explanation.
I have no legal or immigration history that would justify a rejection. I am now considering re-entering the UAE as a tourist to seek clarification before any resubmission.
I am seeking legal advice on whether it is possible to access or challenge a potential CID or security-related block, and whether such cases can be reviewed or reassessed when documents are resubmitted.
I wish to ensure that my profile is not indefinitely restricted without cause or recourse.
Dear Inquirer,
Thank you for reaching out.
In cases where visa applications are rejected without explanation, especially after proper documentation, there may be an underlying security or CID-related flag.
Unfortunately, such issues are not disclosed publicly, and the immigration authorities are not obligated to provide reasons.
However, it is possible to request a review or submit a legal inquiry through the proper channels. Our legal team can assist in:
- Assessing if there is a security block.
- Preparing a formal submission or clearance request.
- Guiding you on entering the UAE legally while avoiding further complications.
