The employer refused to the employee to leave the company & filed an absconding case against the employee while the employee was continuously sending emails to the employer for the visa cancellation. Then, the employee directly canceled the visa & absconding case from MOHRE. Now the absconding case is still there in Immigration. So how can that be removed? Are there any charges for that?

I won the labor case in court and requested for the withdrawal of the absconding status in the labor court, which was approved. However, my employer also filed an absconding case against me with immigration authorities. I suppose my fine application is approved and I pay them. The company will process the employment visa but the company license is expired and they are not renewing for 2 or 3 months.
