What the maximum time is to get approval for the reconciliation enforcement request for the Debtor Installment?
Good Day,
May I ask what the maximum time is to get approval for the reconciliation enforcement request for the Debtor Installment?
A criminal case was served and closed, but a civil case is active; that's why there is an execution.
Once I get approved, can I apply for a new visa?
Thank you.
Dear J.,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Regarding your question:
Reconciliation/Installment Request Approval Timeframe:
There is no fixed maximum period set by law for the approval of a reconciliation or installment request in execution proceedings.
It depends on the discretion of the Execution Judge and the complexity of the case, including the cooperation of the parties and any documents required.
Typically, the process may take a few weeks to a couple of months.
Visa Application After Approval:
If your installment plan is approved and the execution judge suspends enforcement actions (such as arrest warrants or travel bans), you may be able to proceed with applying for a new visa.
However, the final decision lies with the immigration authorities, and each case is assessed individually. It’s important to ensure that all enforcement-related restrictions are officially lifted before starting the visa process.
If you need assistance in filing or following up on your reconciliation or installment request, our legal team would be happy to help.

According to UAE law, there is no fixed timeframe for the approval of a reconciliation enforcement request for debtor installment payments.
It depends on the judge’s discretion and how quickly the required documents are submitted.
Once approved and regular payments begin, you may apply to lift legal restrictions such as travel bans or visa blocks, provided there are no other legal obstacles.
Our legal center specializes in such cases and can assist you in following up and expediting the legal procedures.
