What can I do after finishing all the execution steps and the company did not respond?
I opened execution last week in the enforcement form which I signed and the same enforcement claimed to show in my online judicial account under my case number in the Abu Dhabi Judicial app.
I believe that these are registered already to start enforcement after the timeframe finishes.
Enforcement claims are as follows:
1. Seizing the trade license
2. Seizing accounts
3. Seizing cars
Furthermore, I saw the notification from the court to the company that gave it 7 days to make the payment, but the 7 days were completed recently and the company has not paid yet.
Kindly advise on any further steps from my side.
Will the court start the enforcement measures from their side?
