Can I come back to the UAE if I got deported due to overstaying?
Good morning
Can I ask If I'm allowed to come back after I got deported due to overstaying?
Thank you
Hello,
If you've been deported from the UAE for overstaying, it usually means you may face a ban from re-entering the country.
The duration of the ban depends on the specifics of your case. If you overstayed for a relatively short period (less than 6 months), the ban might be temporary.
You will need to check the exact details of your ban duration.
We can assist you in checking the duration of your ban.
Kindly share your Whatsapp number.

Dear questioner
If there is only a deportation ban due to absconding or overstay fines then we can clear it and you can enter the UAE within December 31st during the amnesty period.
If you need our assistance in checking whether the ban is permanent, kindly share your Whatsapp number.
Dear Sir,
We can submit a plea for clemency according to your case, supporting the request with documents indicating the reason for your return, in order to clarify the reasons that led to your exceeding the legal period.
Normally the deportation order is associated with a ban.
We have to check with immigration regarding the status of your ban whether it's temporary or permanent.
We will discuss the procedures in detail. Kindly share your WhatsApp number to discuss this further.
Dear Questioner,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Before we can initiate the legal process of a travel ban check, we will require a Power of Attorney (POA) to represent you before government authorities and police stations.
To facilitate the notarization of the POA, please provide the following documents:
* A copy of your old and new passport
* A copy of your Visa
* A copy of your Emirates ID
Once we receive these documents by email, we will draft the POA in both English and Arabic. We will then send it to you for your review, signature, and return.
Afterward, we will submit the POA to the federal Notary Public for notarization. The Notary will provide a link for a remote meeting with you, during which your original passport will be verified and you will sign electronically.
You will cover the notary's legal fees and obtain a digital copy of the notarized POA. Please note that the notary's fees amount to USD 140.
Upon receipt of the digitally notarized POA, we will conduct a check on your criminal record system in the UAE to ascertain if there are any criminal cases, travel bans, arrest warrants, or execution files registered against your name.
This process typically takes about four working days, and our professional legal fees for this service are USD 320.
Please let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
Best regards,
Mo. Salah
