What can I do if I found out that the car I bought a car and found out it was stolen?

I have recently purchased a car from a garage in the UAE. The seller gave me a carfax report which provided no indication of any issues. However, I have now come to find that the car was reported stolen in another country.
I am aware of Articles 534 & 543 of the Civil Transactions Law, however, I would like to know what I should do next, and if there are any particular documents I will need from the seller before I raise the issue with him.
Before approaching the seller, ensure you have strong evidence of the car being stolen.
Proof of the car’s stolen status, Carfax report, Purchase agreement, or any other written documentation that proves you bought the car in good faith.
Approach the seller with all the evidence in hand and formally notify them of the issue Inform them in writing.
Request a full refund or replacement as you purchased the car in good faith based on the information they provided (Carfax report, etc.).
Demand documentation to prove that the seller was unaware of the stolen status, or proof that they acted in good faith during the sale.
File a police report and notify the authorities. File a complaint with the DED.
