Can I request an arrest warrant for a manager to force payment in the execution?
Dear Lawyers,
Can you request an arrest warrant for a manager to force payment in the execution? I have won a labor case against my company in the appeal court for non-payment of dues. I have also filed for execution.
Can I get some clarity on what happens once the execution is filed? It has been more than 3 weeks since it was filed. I was told I can file for the arrest of the manager.
However, I’m not clear on what happens next. I would highly appreciate a response.
Dear Questioner,
The Execution Court will notify your former employer about the judgment and demand payment within a timeframe (usually 15 days).
If your employer fails to pay within the given timeframe, you can request further enforcement measures.
You can request the Execution Court to issue an arrest warrant for the company's General Manager listed on the trade license.
If you need further clarification, kindly share your WhatsApp number.

Dear Questioner,
The execution process requires an expert lawyer who is familiar with it.
There are many requests and actions that need to be taken daily, such as submitting requests to relevant authorities like the central bank, RTA, DED, Dubai Land, etc.
We guarantee the lowest charges in the market with no hidden fees, covering the entire process until you get your money back.
You can submit all requests for implementation, including submitting a request for arrest and summons to the person being executed against (the company director).
The matter is up to the court, depending on the amount awarded, whether by approval or rejection.
