No longer infectious. However, residual serology may remain positive (result: non-reactive).
Should I certify the medical report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in my country?

If you have received treatment and are no longer infectious it is possible that you could still be allowed to obtain a visa.
But the decision will depend on several factors including the specific requirements and policies of UAE visa authorities.
You have to submit the medical report and also they may require you to undergo additional medical testing to make sure that you're no longer contagious.
