Can my employer charge me with misconduct company refuse to cancel my visa upon resignation?

My company is not giving clarity over my resignation on the last day of work.

They have charged me with misconduct for an internal email sent to concerned stakeholders and using that email as a tool to withhold my cancellation.

You should start filing a case before the court ASAP.

Filing a case is the last resort, unless there is no other option left.

If you have served the notice period you have the right to cancel your visa, even if it is withheld by your employer.

Now you may approach MOHRE for cancelation. and they will initiate action based on your complaint.

If the company is having only baseless allegations, then MOHRE will initiate the cancelation. Otherwise, they will contact your employer.

If you need further clarification you may ask.
