MOHRE released the final decision in my favor. How to receive payment?
Good Morning,
Greetings!
I resigned from my past company due to a delay in salary payments, and I registered a complaint against the company.
MOHRE released the final decision last week, obligating the defendant to pay.
I followed up with the company, but they are not responding.
What is the next step to get payment?
Thanks!
Dear questioner,
Execute the judgment received in the execution court; only then is the company liable to pay.
Even after the execution, if the company is still not providing the money, you can file a travel ban and account seizure proceedings through the execution court.

Hi,
The next step would be to file a case with the labor court.
You can do this by submitting a complaint to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) or directly to the labor court.
The court will then schedule a hearing and both parties will have the opportunity to present their case.
If the court rules in your favor, the company will be legally obligated to pay you the amount owed.
If they still refuse to pay, you can hire a lawyer to help you enforce the court's decision.
