What to do if your employer forces you to sign the agreement

The employer says if you do not sign the Agreement you will not receive your entitlement. What law does this violate?

*This is used so the employer can force an employee to sign.

No employer can force unless accepted by the employee without undue influence.

You do not need to sign any agreement which you feel to be contrary to your rights.

Moreover, entitlements are the rights provided under law.
