Can the guarantor in a criminal case be somebody who is in the UAE on a visit visa?
In a criminal case - category misdemeanor - I am accused by my former Employer of sharing corporate data.
The investigation is ongoing and the case has been moved to a public prosecution. I need to travel in April, can my brother be my guarantor?
My brother isn't a UAE resident, but he's going to travel here to be a guarantor.

It is complicated to get approval for a guarantor who is on a visit visa, however, we can try for the same.
It is advisable to choose a guarantor from your friend list. Also please note that if you own any properties in the UAE, we can get support for the request.
