How to contact the court to file a divorce after finishing the conciliation sessions?
Salam Aleykum,
Please, I request your help. I have a case in Dubai Court about a divorce request. I had all the Conciliation Sessions and I finished that on Feb 14.
The Conciliator asked me to request an appointment with the judge to explain to him my case. But supposedly the Court should send me an email with the document needed to request the appointment and I am still waiting for it until now.
So, where can I complain about it or ask where is the document?
I wrote many times in different emails in the Court but no one answered me. I am super worried because he told me in 2 months it will expire if I don’t request the appointment.
He won't answer my WhatsApp or the phone.
Dear Inquirer
We are pleased to serve you and address your inquiries.
You must register your claim before the court, so it does not happen automatically.
If anything else is required, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or call our offices in Duba or Sharjah.

Hi.
It is important to follow up with the personal status court and make sure that you have all the necessary documents and information for your case.
You should get a referral letter stating you can approach the first instance court. You can try contacting the court directly through their phone number or email address.
If you are not getting a response, you can also try reaching out to a lawyer or legal advisor for assistance. They may be able to help you navigate the court system and ensure that your case is moving forward.
